Today I go to London for the weekend-which clearly explains why I'm sitting at home in my pseudo pyjamas waiting for the dryer to dry some clothes-I am indeed that organised!!

well in a WAY it is actual organisation cos I knew that I'd have time to wash and dry everything before my flight but then it is arguable that I should have done somethin similar over the last week....but meh! I have been sick!!(on even more levels than usual oh yes!)I (for some odd reason) have been reduced to eating one meal a day and that not even a big one!!!-though I can only justify going from a diet of orange juice and water to one of black pudding on toast by saying 'it was theeere!!' Sometimes I love home!
This morning I am mostly drinking tea cos I figure i might still not be hungry but at least that will sustain me til I'm eating in some kinda restaurant (which is the plan tonight apparently!)(Far be it from me to turn down meals from parents of a flatmate of my friends....yes...!All sounds a bit dodge really but apparently I have been talked up so much that I have a lot to live up to!(if i never return I've clearly been sold into Irish slavery)

In other news, if anyone has a job I would like one =) Things have finally got sorted out, not in the way I would have chosen a month ago, but to be honest at this point all I want to do is sleep! I think I might just decide to have my midlife crisis at 24 (as I was assured by my youngest brother, if I get run over by a stampeding rhino(can one rhino stampeded by itself I wonder??) when I'm roughly 50, I have, in fact, already reached middle age...he inspires me, oh yes!!)
So we'll work til the end of May and June will be tying up the final loose ends and then I'll see what I'll see =)
Today I'm in an ok mood about all this, yesterday I was sad and then happy, tomorrow I'll be in London-which is my codeword for thank god I booked that months ago!! It's kinda scary but I don't think I'm gonna starve tbh! Don't want to leave Galway really but then like everything else real jobs seem to be in Dublin (so the tale goes-I have been unsuccessfully internet trawling! Imho the Irish language community doesn't advertise enough on the net ;) )

And that's kinda it!Least it all seems to be ending amicably which is great, and I have a couple of things to look into!

And it's been a hell of a year =)

PS I also sent off for my provisional driver's licence-so 6 years later than advertised, I'll be ploughing through small animals on a road probably vaguely near some of you..!Hurrah!! ;)
