I feel..

..crappy - as in in a general way...crapcrapcrap...sick and tired and sickandtired...I would like sympathy and hugs and general permission to be miserable accompanied by attempts to make me all better.

It's not so much to ask? ;)

Scientific Research

Today, I carried out a study to see how wet my feet could get while walking from Eyre Square home - the results...were astounding!

Very wet...VERY VERY wet...so very wet...

I reiterate - Galway is even wetter than Limerick...!!

So yay for toast!

So stuff! Life's good-its just half 7 and I have already eaten breakfast...this is odd!...course I havent actually got dressed yet but will do that veh soon!

Bellx1 on Friday - were excellent sarahs party on saturday was excellent and ultimate golf on sunday was totally excellent though wet and rainy and muddy and possibly illegal...and david o doherty (comedian NOT mathematician and scientist) is now one of my new favourite comedians :) Oh laughter and things!

And last night we worky peoples went to see wallace and gromit and the puns were worthy of...some really terrible punners (you know who you are!). I was amused all the same oh yes!ANd they have a short movie before it with the madagascar penguins which is far far to moral and christmassy and things BUT it does have the penguins and as they were the best bit of madagascar (the movie...not some weird breed of penguin..)i choos to have been amused.

And now I'm off to work =)

Mostly quiet weekend :) Saw the shiny carbon man on Friday and went for minimal pints on Saturday which was most fun but I still seem to be suffering for it all the same damn head!
Much familial bonding was achieved on Saturday afternoon and today I mostly spent the time in bed reading which was bad of me but nice all the same.

No matter the evil of bus eireann and their not turning up to bring me to work at 8 the other morning, they have mollified me by providing 3 buses to Galway at 7.25 this evening instead of the one advertised on, and making it so that I left Limerick at 7.30 and was in my house in Galway by 9.30 - pretty good going really!

And tomorrows monday again crazy crazy and 2 new people starting in my office - one called helen one called helena - this is the office with 24 ppl where we already have 2 annettes and a colm 2 colins a colleen and a collette.
The hiring practices are getting even more suspicious than I thought they were after they hired me...!!

and soon I go sleep :)
