heya!
After the same two ppl who always complain to me for not updating this complained again I figured maybe it was time to do a bit of an update.
So here I am out in the west working away....well except today when I mostly found out why smartie lids have letters on them =)
Basically what can i say except life is good...and it is =) I am continually amused by it!!!
Since september things have gone from good to better to better even when other things aren't quite so good and rather than my general air of depression(which I think we can all safely say is self evident from my previous entries) I'm wandering around being happy (-ier??!) and for some reason I haven't even got the magical button going 'if it's this good it's only a matter of time before the rocks fall on my head and crush me into oblivion'.
well...ok..sometimes!
Which is why I should be doing useful marketing things instead of writing in this!!
But blogs are funny things anyway-this one was only written cos the goup mails started becoming too crazy and certain people started complaining and tbh I don't think anything of the remoteliest exciting kind (and I use exciting very advisedly here...more acuurately-anything at all) happens to me that I don't tell everybody I meet the second I meet them anyway...I was gonna try and learn how to be enigmatic but it seems to fail me completely!!
So basically in the last 4 months I've learned that uni teachings ok, night classes are tiring, working for yourself is great 99% of the time, living in Spiddal is quiet quiet quiet, Christmas is fab, New Year's party's one doesn't have to organise oneself are like god's gift (thanks Dan) small blonde people enjoy crap movies where Tom Hank's is every single bloody character, orgainising taxes is far easier when you're related to an accountant(or so the theory goes...maybe I haven't quite learned that one yet but here's hoping!!) and it's really hard to feel poor on a relatively crap salary when it's more than you earned any other time...!!;)
And other than that there's other stuff like i need to learn to listen better to everyone - but then that relates to so many different things as well as to so many different people that I dont think there's much of a point trying to explain it anyway!!
And it's funny cos despite being happy I'm almost in a sombre mood posting this cos I just don't really feel like it - so I think it may be another many months before I bother-of course now I've jinxed myself and something sufficeiently earthshattering for me to want to blog it while not being important enough to reamain unblogged or indeed to keep me away from a computer is sure to happen v soon!!
Oh I forgot to mention-i also re-learned that boy rules =)
