So hurrah
For /me has her skychat back thus this mail is somewhat obsolete for I can talk to the vast majority of you at weird hours of the day and night...or at least up til ten o clock cos after that NUIG kick us all out...
I mean really-whats that all about?I had many problems with UL(mostly involving the fact that they made me do exams while listening to piledrivers...oh the bitterness...)but no 24 hour computer labs????I am suffering severe withdrawal symptoms by virtue of the fact that I now go home at a reasonable hour...NO I say and once more NO!!I will not stand for such treatment(excpet that obviously I will....)
THough in fairness they do have wireless hub internet thingys here but seeing as how my laptop is somewhat...hmmm...ancient and battery free...that isn't much of an option!!!
Oh the truly exciting news of the week is that I ME IIII got paid 40e for interpreting at that fascinating conference which meant that I got money for expeeerience which is nice...!!!
And also that I gave a truly kick ass presentation yesterday(No i'm actually proud of myself!!) and so all is well...bar those other three projects...which I should really be doing now!
Am no longer keyless(as though you cared) as I got a new one cut, am going to see Mr Mundy play next wednesday, cinema this friday to see the fillum of the month(that would be the highly Christmassy love actually...I know it's Christmassy cos all the ads for it have green and red and tinselly like things)(Oh and I heard on the radio that the Wham song Last Christmas I gave you my heart was originally entitled last SUMMER I gave you my heart but they changed it in order to get and immediate audience...I feel betrayed...!!)and next week shall be mostly studying for my exams...ostensibly!!
So finally big congrats to English buddy who has aquired herself a job HURRAH! more money to come visit me!!! And also good luck to those who are looking =)
